The 6 week Biggest Loser challenge has begun. There is over 25 competitors battling it out for the 6 month FREE membership prize at the end.

The guys have begun training for the ultimate time trial with the winner male and female being the person with the quickest time overall,  a FREE 6 month membership for each is up for grabs.

The session is a combination of cross training, boxing and various other crazy shit haha
