We have the latest training methods and many of the old faithfuls to get the job done with fun. We base most of our training sessions around a fighter’s workout regime which is not only great for fitness and self defence but also one of the best ways to burn away excess weight, build a high level of strength, power and self confidence which in turn will help your mind to stay focused under pressure in any workforce or sporting field in today’s society.

On top of all that and one of the most important things about fitness training is FUN and that is our priority to keep you guys having fun while watching your body transform and your goals achieved.

The gym has capacity for up to 30 members per class. The main floor is perfect for boxing, cardio workouts, competition boxing & boxercise, while upstairs boasts facilities for strength & conditioning work and for all aspects of resistance training.
