Boxing for Fitness ? 1 hours (age 14+)
This is an intense boxer?s workout for everyone, designed to burn fat, tone up and get into shape whilst learning some self-defence. Covering a full body, cardio and strength workout at high pace. This class is designed to get results fast so prepare to work hard and you will achieve your fitness goals sooner. Beginners are welcome.
Boxing ? 1/1.5 hours (age 14+)
This class is designed for people that would like to learn the art of boxing the way fighters train. Whether it is fitness or to compete in the ring this is a great way to learn footwork, defence, evasiveness, correct punching techniques and combos, partner work, sparring and fight fitness. Beginners are welcome.
Boxing 10 to 14?s year olds ? 1 hour
This is a class for kids that want to learn a strong self-defence and gain fitness. It?s a great way for your child to meet some new mates and join a team environment whilst gaining invaluable confidence along the way. If your child wishes to compete as an amateur boxer this is the class for them.
