We suggest you bring your own Yoga Mat to your Personal Training sessions. This will make it more comfortable for you during your session.
If you have enrolled in Box-fit sessions, the only items you will be required to supply, are your own inner gloves to wear under the boxing gloves used in class.
You don't need any other equipment to train with LivFit. We offer a variety of training programs that can be performed using only bodyweight exercises, or we will provide any other equipment that is needed for each of our programs.
Training sessions typically last between 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the type of program and individual needs.
Our Officer Primary Dance groups are held every Tuesday during each school term;
3pm-3.50pm and 4pm-4.50pm.
Our Officer Secondary Dance groups are held every Thursday during each school term;
3pm-3.50pm and 4pm-4.50pm.

Our Pakenham Adult Dance group is held every second Wednesday during each school term;

Our Box-Fit/Group Circuit Classes are held in various locations on alternating days depending on the session day/time which best suits the participants and trainer in each week.
Our Pakenham Adult Sports Clinic is held every second Monday during each school term from 1.30pm-2.20pm.
(Starting in Term 2 - May 5th, 2025)

Our Pakenham Youth Basketball Clinic for Beginners (Ages 13-18) is held every Monday during each school term from 3.30pm-4.20pm.

*The Youth Basketball Clinic for Beginners is held at Cardinia Life Recreation Centre, 4 Olympic Way, Pakenham.
Our Pakenham Youth Basketball Clinic for Intermediate/advanced skill levels (Ages 13-18) - Location/Day/Time TBC.
*Further Sports Clinics Times/Days/Locations - TBC (These sessions will depend on expressions of interest for desired programs, so please let us know what you'd like to see at LivFit!)
Upon enrolment of the Dance or youth Basketball program (per term), we will send you weekly or fortnightly invoices (Payment is required within 7 days of an invoice being sent). Alternatively, full payment for the term can be made prior to commencing the program.
For Personal Training sessions/or Box-Fit & Group fitness classes, payment will be required at the time of booking or prior to the session commencing.
The cost for the All-Abilities Dance group is $29.50 p/p per session.
There will be an end of year performance for all participants to showcase their skills & smiles!
There will be additional fees (TBC) for our dance participants wanting to perform.
The cost for the All-Abilities Box-fit/Group Circuit session is $29.50 p/p per session.
The cost for the All-Abilities Youth Basketball Program is $29.50 p/p per session.
The cost for the fortnightly All Abilities Adult Group Program is $29.50 p/p per session.

The cost for Personal Training 1:1;
1.5 hour (90-minute) program is $95 p/p;
(1-hour physical session/30-mins Non face-to-face individually tailored exercise program preparation)
1.25 hour (75-minute) program is $80 p/p;
(45-minute physical session/30-mins Non face-to-face individually tailored exercise program preparation)
Group Personal Training sessions;
1.5 hour (90-minute) group program is $47.50 p/p (1-hour physical session/30 mins Non face-to-face individually tailored exercise program preparation)
1.25 hour (75-minute) group program is $40 p/p (45-minute physical session/30-mins Non face-to-face individually tailored exercise program preparation)
*All above costs are excluding GST.
If a participant is not NDIS Self or Plan Managed, then GST will be added to the full amount of the invoice.
It depends on the session or program you are enrolled in. There will generally be only one instructor/coach during each session, however, LivFit often have amazing support staff and volunteers to assist our movers and groovers throughout their session too. If you still require your parent/support worker/carer to support you then that is great! If you don't, that's great too!
Whatever will work best for you during your sessions, is all that matters.
If a participant is enrolled in a 1:1 Personal Training Session, there will be no requirement for an additional support worker. The Personal Trainer will support the participant during that time and assist them with all their needs. The Personal Trainer can also be hired to transport a participant to and from the training location if required (standard vehicle only).
*If a participant prefers their session to be in a gym rather than outdoors, the participant is required to pay entry for themselves and the Personal Trainer (Support Worker) unless the participant is the holder of a Companion Card.
The sessions can be held pretty much anywhere! LivFit offers a mobile service where we can attend and conduct your session in the comfort of your own home (generally within 20kms of Pakenham) for an additional fee.
We also offer Personal Training sessions at two different outdoor locations in Pakenham.
The Personal Training sessions can be tailored to meet the needs of individuals across the age spectrum, from children to seniors.
Yes, we vary the chosen sports & activities for our fortnightly adult sessions (including Basketball, Netball, Football, Soccer, Box-fit, Group Personal Training & more), however we'd love to offer other Sports Clinics for various age groups/ability levels. Feel free to reach out with sports and activities that you are interested in and hopefully we can get it up and running for our LivFit Community :)
It is compulsory for our Youth Basketball participants to wear the LivFit Basketball jersey (This can be purchased after enrolment). Participants must provide their own black basketball shorts (No pockets or zips).
It is strongly encouraged that our Dance group Participants wear our LivFit uniform during their session, however it is not compulsory.
The uniforms help to create a team environment and that's what LivFit is all about!
We offer two flexible options to suit your needs:
1. Outdoor sessions: Enjoy the fresh air and surroundings in a beautiful reserve in Pakenham. Our qualified instructor will lead you through engaging exercises designed to improve strength, mobility, and overall well-being.
2. On-site at Your Home/Facility: LivFit can come to your home, retirement village or aged care facility. We bring all the necessary equipment, including exercise balls and more, to ensure a fun and effective workout. Our sessions include everything from gentle exercises to energetic drum-fit classes (standing or seated) that incorporate rhythm and movement for a unique experience.
The pre-exercise Stage 1 screening form is a vital component to our programs at LivFit. It helps us gather essential information about each participant, including:
1. Current Abilities: Understanding your fitness level and ability, allows us to tailor workouts to suit your strengths and areas for improvement. Knowing your starting point helps us track your progress over time and adjust your program as you improve.
2. Health Information: By assessing your health history, we can ensure that our programs are safe and appropriate for you, taking into account any medical conditions or concerns.
3. Likes and dislikes: Your preferences matter! By knowing what you enjoy (or don't enjoy), we can design sessions that keep you motivated and engaged.
4. Exercise preferences: Whether you prefer group workouts, solo sessions, or particular types of exercise (like strength training, cardio, or flexibility), this information enables us to create a personalised experience.
